It's Thursday, so it's track meet day!She ended up with a VERY disappointing day, since she didn't get to run in a relay race. But she did do these two events---long jump and shot put. She didn't place in either one, but as I keep telling her, she's the youngest in her age bracket, so it's harder this year than last. All in all, a really disappointing day!
But she should be proud of herself---she's trying her hardest and learning how to do better all the time.
I like how you can see the shot (the really heavy ball!) in the air on this one. In the long jump picture, she's in midair, and I like that, too.

Great action shots, those are terrific! She should NOT feel bad, she should be very proud of herself for doing these sports and being involved. :)
