Day 321---Sunday

I hope her Mommy will be okay with me sharing this one! We had a program at my school this night, and we sang some songs in front of the congregation. My class kind of froze in front of the big auditorium filled with people, except for one little boy who sang really loud. Thank goodness for him! This little cutie's Mom took this picture of us afterwards.

Day 318---Thursday

It's Star Student day in my class! I also got a new rug in my room. It's so colorful---the kids love it. It has all the fruit of the Spirit on there, in English and Spanish.

Day 315---Monday

This is B's third grade school photo. The outfit and the hairdo were all her ideas, so it's just as she wanted it. She was happy with the photo. Good thing---this fall shot is the one that goes in the yearbook.

I had to scan it in---not that I want to infringe on any copyright Lifetouch has! As a commercial for Life touch, I have to say I have always gotten good photos from them, and I really like that each family can pick the background color and they add it in later. And so affordable! They really do take great school photos.

Day 262---Thursday

This also isn't the best shot, but it's anonymous shot. It's Blue Day at school, and we were having a "I love the USA" parade.

Day 261---Wednesday

You might see other pictures from last spring just like this, but with different kids! There's something o fun about that sand tire.

I had another one I really liked more, but I thougth it showed the little guy's face too much. I'm working at not revealing too much of my class, just in case.

Day 260---Tuesday

These little girls were helping each other swing. These girls are three. Sweet!

Day 209---Monday

This is a bulletin board I helped do at my workplace this week. Our new theme for next year is the title shown there, and we'll be classes of animals. I think I'm going to be the giraffes. Jenny's Giraffes?

Day 133---Tuesday

This first picture is my "represenative" shot for the day. Our pre-school had Water Day, and we played outside much of the day on this water slide and big blow-up bounce-jump (which you can see off to the left. If you know who to look for, you can see our B---yes, I let her come to school with me today. I don't think I've ever let my kids skip school for no reason!
This second shot is just my favorite of the day. This child was eating his snowcone at the picnic table after having a noce, messy, activce day on the playground. :-)

Day 86---Thursday

This is my classroom, but this beautiful young lady is not me! ;-) I have an Aggie every Thursday in my classroom---they are students who are observing preschool classrooms for a class. This week, she had a story to share with the children as part of her class. They listened very well for her, I was so glad!! I have a very talky group! :-) Look---I even have one student raising her hand!

This week was the last one for this Aggie. They visit each center for four weeks. Next week I'll get one more Aggie to finish out the school year.

Day 79---Thursday

Today was Worm Day at my preschool. These are the hands of some 5-year-olds who were unafraid to touch the worms. Their friend is just off camera, being squeamish, and I was surprised he felt that way! (A manly man kind of boy.) It's not really gross. They are kinda fascinating. :-)

Day 65---Thursday

I was taking a picture at school and trying to be artsy. I had this little girl in shadow---she's climbing up the slide, and then she wanted us both to be in the picture, so she leaned in. Very sweet. She's a really loving child!

Day 56---Tuesday

Another day with multiple pictures. This is one I took, at recess time. The kids started a game of field hockey with the plastic golf clubs, which was a great way to get exercise. The sad part is that one boy did get hurt from a club whacked into his leg. It was a beautiful day again, with highs into the 80s!

I love this one too---they were trying to keep a ball on the parachute, but with only two of them, it wasn't working well. I like how the one on the left is on her toes as they're flipping it up in the air.

And this one was taken by B. She was thrilled when she looked at it and realized she and I were both in the picture together. She was outside our glass front door, and I was inside sitting on a stool. Came out really interestingly. :-)

Day 51---Thursday

This is at my workplace. The boys were building a sand castle, they said. The stick in the top was their goal---they wanted to make it that tall. Eventually they did it! It was a great day to be outside---the second great day (in a row) since the new year, I thought.

Day 28---Tuesday

This is another day I took pictures at school on a camera there. I know that film got taken to the store for developing on Wednesday, so maybe I'll get the pictures back sometime soon.

Here it is!!

We had a birthday in our class this day. Everyone has their 5th birthday in here!! Love the cookie cake. Yum!
